Membership & Location Information

​

We require everyone that is a non member to pay a single day membership fee or be a annual member.

We are located at 266 Comanche Lane Sparta, TN 38583

We are the last right side drive entrance on Coal Bank Road before the road turns to dirt and gravel. Below is a picture of the drive entrance and private gate.

When you book a tour or stay with us we will give you a code for the private gate. 

Please be sure to drive forward to the office located in the clubhouse.

Everyone must be 21 or older to pass through the gate.

ACCOMMODATIONS

We are a B.Y.O.B business

We do have a soda machine 

We have single and double cabin rentals all have Coffee Maker, Microwave, Refrigerator, Heat and Air Conditioning most with bathrooms and now one with a shower.

We have a poolside kitchen to order food.

We have RV sites with 20,30 & 50 amp service water and septic hookups also self contained RV sites

Dumping station available

We can fit all RV and Camper sizes.

We have tent camping sites

Clubhouse and bunkhouse both have restrooms and showers inside and outside.

Clubhouse has TV refrigerator blender coffee maker and microwave

Free wireless WiFi on property
